Wine Sul Tinto

Sul Tinto is a dry red table wine from sunny Portugal, in the Alentejo region. Literally called "the land beyond the Tagus" (the Tagus is the longest river on the Iberian Peninsula), the region covers one-third of the entire area of Portugal. The Alentejo is mostly lowland, with the exception of the São Mamede Mountains in the northeastern part of the area.
