Wine Turnau Vineyard Noble Harvest Baniewice

A white, sweet wine from the Turnau Vineyard, whose name "Noble Harvest" refers to the production method that is the protagonist in the case of this label. As a result of suitable microclimatic conditions, a so-called noble mold of the Botrytis Cinerea species develops on the grapes, attacking the skin of the fruit by creating small holes through which water evaporates. Harvested grapes infected with Botrytis contain the very essence with a high concentration of residual sugar and aromatic qualities. In this case, in the bouquet we find orange peel with a hint of field flowers, broken by grapefruit expression. A perfect wine for desserts and for gourmet bounty.
