Wine Silesian Cuvee Vineyard

A dry white wine created at the Silesian Vineyard, located in the heart of Lower Silesia, in the Sudeten foothills. It is a venture of three generations of the Mazurek family, and the genesis of the name Silesian is linked to the producer's history and the region's traditions. It emphasizes the deep roots of the Lower Silesian land in wine production, just as the Mazurek family has been involved in horse breeding for many generations.

This excellent wine is made from Johanniter, Solaris, Hibernal and Bianca varietals. Of special note is the label depicting a photo from the 1980s with an eastern Balagul sled.

This aromatic coupage boasts a beautiful and intense bouquet full of lime, lemon, apple, lilac blossom, with accents of gooseberry and black currant leaves. On the palate, a perfect balance between refreshing acidity and notes of sweetness on a light structure full of apple, lime and quince.
