Egon Müller is an iconic man, the wines coming out of his hand are masterpieces. This Auslese-grade Rielsing was made from fruit partially covered with noble mold (botrytis cinerea). Unprecedented depth and perfect harmony and interplay of sweetness with acidity. Moist, remarkably intense. Background notes of honey and white flowers. Do not serve with anything. Should be consumed solo while enjoying its contents. One of the best German wines in the world.
