Wine Stallion L'Ame Bio AOC Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2020

A wine from one of France's most famous appellations - Chateauneuf-du-Pape located in the Rhone Valley. Produced from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre grapes, it spends 12 months maturing in large oak barrels called "foudres."

The bouquet of this unique wine includes complex notes of licorice, raisins, mochi, spice and leather lined with hints of red fruits. Stallion Vineyard

The first Ogier vineyard was established as early as 1859, near Saint-Etienne. In 1895, in turn, under the leadership of Antoine Ogier, they permanently established themselves in the Cote-Rotie and Chateauneuf-du-Pape regions, where, to this day, they continue to constantly ensure the quality of their AOC-class wines along with respect for terroir and the environment, creating wines in harmony with nature and with the utmost attention to detail. The traditions that have accompanied the vineyards for nearly 160 years have allowed them to develop methods of vinification and the maturation process that today result in outstanding quality wines.

As much as 70% of the vineyard plantings focus on the Grenache varietal. This varietal produces full-bodied wines of versatile and complex character. The rest of the personality of Stallion's wines is formed by the other varieties characteristic of the region - Syrah and Mourverde. In addition to the blending that gives the wine the right harmony, the maturation process is also important, in which, seeking full integration, the wine is aged in oak barrels. As a result, in the glass, Stallion wines exude complexity and depth.
