Wine Lublin Ice Cider

Lubelski Lodowy Cider is a unique, excellent product made from Polish apples. It takes as much as 5.5 kg of apples to produce 1 liter of this great cider. Ice ciders, like ice wines, are premium products - they are characterized by excellent quality and an extremely complex production process using the best raw materials. Ice Cider is exquisitely sweet thanks to a unique technique based on negative temperatures in the creation process. On the nose it is very aromatic, with perceptible apple fruits, golden honey and caramelized fruits. On the palate it delights with a pleasant, smooth flavor and will do well on its own as a dessert. The cider won a gold medal in the largest cider competition - the British Cider Championship.
