Possums Three In The Pouch is made by blending three grape varieties - Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc. All three varietals deliver the best they can give - structure and depth with citrus fruit aromas (Chardonnay), florality and apricot with honey (Viognier) and the right level of acidity (Sauvignon Blanc). A great wine for any occasion. Can be drunk solo and with a meal. A very interesting Australian wine.
