Wine Zamosc Johanniter Winery

Polish white wine with a dry style, created from the Johanniter varietal, popular in our country, which is a hybrid - a cross between several varietals, including the famous Riesling.

In the glass we will notice a light color with golden reflections. Among the aromas, on the other hand, we can sense an unusual citrus character - lemons and grapefruits with a background of tropical fruits. On the palate it is crisp, full of harmonious and mild acidity, with a slightly mineral finish.

Zamojska Vineyard's Johanniter pairs well with fish-based dishes, delicate salads, white meat and snacks.
