Wine Turnau Vineyard Ice Wine Baniewice

The Turnau Vineyard puts ice wine from Johanniter grapes into our glasses. The late harvest that takes place during frost allows the juice to be squeezed from the still-frozen fruit, resulting in a very sweet, concentrated essence, which is then fermented. The wine obtained in this process is very sweet, broken by a delicate, refreshing acidity. Aromas are dominated by notes of honey and freshly mown hay, while subtle ripe apple appears on the tongue, topped by a long, silky finish. An unusual companion that works well on its own tasting, as well as in dessert.
