Wine Stars Cava Brut Reserva Metode Tradicional

A classic Cava, or sparkling wine, originating in Spain. The Xarel-lo, Parellada and Macabeo grapes are responsible for the wine's character, as well as a 15-month aging period. Cava is produced using the traditional method, also known as the Champagne method, which means that a second fermentation takes place in the bottles.

Stars Cava Brut Reserva in the glass exudes a yellow color with green highlights. The aromatic bouquet is full of hints of fruit with yeasty accents resulting from aging. On the palate, delicate, silky bubbles are perfectly balanced with ripe character and refreshing acidity. The finish is long and extremely pleasant.

This wine will be perfect as an aperitif, but also with meals based on seafood and fish. A board of hors d'oeuvres will also be a suitable partner for a glass of Cava. The mature character of the wine also makes it an excellent choice for a toast.
