Wine Soy Rocio Verdejo Semi Sweet DO La Mancha

A white, semi-sweet Spanish wine made entirely from the verdejo variety. The harvested grapes, after being stalked, are pressed in vats at very low temperatures and then bottled for fermentation until the sugar content is right. The wine is then filtered and cooled at very low temperatures.

Soy Rocio Verdejo is a wine with a very pale lime-yellow color with delicate green highlights. In the nose we can sense delicate aromas of green apple, apricot, white fruits as well as pineapple and notes of quince. In the mouth, the wine is smooth, pleasant and elegant with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. The finish is persistent and fresh.

The wine will be ideal as an aperitif, but will also pair well with seafood, cheeses as well as desserts.
