Wine Solaris Turnau Winery

Solaris Turnau Vineyard is a dry white wine. Solaris is the name of a grape varietal adapted to cool climates, the grapes of these vines grab every ray of sunshine to create full flavor structure and unusual aromatic notes. It is a hybrid of strains including the Muscat strain which gives sweetness and aromatics to this wine.

This white wine from the Polish vineyard Turnau has a light straw color with silvery reflections, in the nose delicate sweet aromas of banana, pear, peach and honey. In the mouth, the wine is delicately dry, well structured, oily, with a good balance between fruit and acidity.

This wine would be perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate white meat dishes of poultry or fish.
