Wine Signat Brut Reserva Cava Metode Tradicional

Sparkling wine from Spain, from the Penedes area of Catalonia. The core of the wine consists of Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada grapes along with a blend of Chardonnay. Cava is produced using the traditional method, which means that the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The following wine is aged on the lees for a minimum of 15 months.

Thanks to maturation in barrels, the wine's aromas include notes of toasted bread accompanied by ripe apples and candied fruits. In the mouth, the creamy structure with harmonious bubbles is perfectly balanced with delicate acidity and refreshing fruitiness, revealing a slightly bread-like character on the long finish.

Cava Reserva will be perfect as an aperitif, but will also go perfectly with dishes based on fish or light white meats. It's also an excellent option for toasting during moments of celebration or when meeting friends who prefer mature bubbles.
