OREINOS HELIOS RED wine is a delectable combination of two excellent varieties from Peloponnese vineyards: the popular and versatile Agiorgitiko and the noble Syrah. Agiorgtiko imparts plum and cherry aromas to the wine, while Syrah creates its intense, slightly spicy and appetizingly blackberry character. Youthful softness in texture and a dark ruby-red color are the visual characteristics of this wine. On the nose, the OREINOS HELIOS wine is really intense, with strong aromas of ripe fruits; plums and cherries, with touches of chocolate and a subtle addition of slightly spicy notes. On the palate the wine feels broad. We can easily sense the wine's good body, medium but velvety tannins, moderate acidity and lively red fruit flavors.
