Wine Noble Red BST Special Release Shiraz Heathcote

An elegant, rich wine from the Noble Red vineyard, run since 2002 by the Sobiesiak family. They follow a philosophy of dry vine growing with minimal chemicals. The name of this wine speaks for itself "blood, sweat and tears." It really costs the producer a lot of time and labor to produce Noble Red BST. It is produced from 50% whole grapes and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.

The result is an unctuous, dense wine with a deep color. The rich structure is enriched by long-lasting tannins. The aroma is dominated by dark fruits and delicate notes of pepper and herbs in the background.

Noble Red BST is unfiltered, so it can be kept in the cellar for up to 10 years.
