Wine Lallier Millesime Grand Cru Brut AOC Champagne 2012

The champagne on display was made from the highest quality grapes - the fruit of the Grand Crus - and fits perfectly into the French art of drinking and eating well. A coupage of Pinot Noir (from Ay and Montagne de Reims) and Chardonnay (from Cote des Blancs) from the best vineyards aged for more than 60 months, it remains constantly fresh and mineral, with sensational notes of citrus and white fruits. Among other things, the local yeast used and partial malolactic fermentation are responsible for the wine's character.

Accents of honey and candied fruits add to the character of this French specialty. On the palate, power and character are perceptible, the champagne is full-bodied and balanced. It has deservedly won many medals and awards. On the palate it is heavenly creamy and silky, with a long, extremely pleasant finish.

The 2012 vintage of Lalliera fits perfectly in character with occasions accompanied by an excellent meal. It will pair perfectly with shrimp and grilled fish, as well as with white meat, mashed potatoes and cheeses - goat and sheep. During dessert, it will perfectly complement caramelized fruits.

Lallier Vineyard

The first signature bottles of Lallier were created as early as 1906, when this Champagne house was founded by Rene Lallier. The Grand Cru class the vineyard region received in 1936, confirming one of the most prestigious and delectable vineyard sites in the region.

In 2004, the vineyard was taken over by Francis Tribaut, who continues to this day to ensure every year an equal and high class of Lallier champagnes, perfect both for prestigious occasions and for the wine cellar, where they will mature and develop extraordinary aromas over the years.
