Whisky Glenmorangie 18YO 43% 70cl in a carton

Glenmorangie Extremely Rare, as this 18-year-old whisky is called, is one of the finest single malt whiskies. For 15 years the whisky was aged in white oak casks, before being transferred to Spanish sherry casks for a further three years at 30%. After this time, the whole thing was combined in bottles and a sensational, harmonious beverage with sweetness of honey, oranges, ripe dates was created. The texture is soft, smooth, velvety, wonderfully creamy. The whisky is full of accents of citrus, exotic spices, caramelized fruits, vanilla. It is an incredibly balanced, complex beverage, awarded, among other things, a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits in 2010.
