A French red wine from Roussillon - the southernmost region, from the Cotes du Roussillon appellation. Chateau de Sau was made from three varietals, with Carignan taking the lead, complemented by Grenache and Syrah. Dark ruby in color, intensely fruity with touches of spice. The finish is long and meaty. It will go perfectly with game and grilled red meats.
