The wine thus assembled is aged in the cellar for another 12 months. Cava has a distinctive light pink and transparent color. The aroma is delicate, floral and fruity, yet persistent and elegant. During geustation, the wine's complexity is noticeable, with high fruitiness, smoothness, silkiness and balance. The wine was rated 94 points in Guía de Vinos 2016, La Semana Vitivinícola), while it received an equally impressive 91 points from Falstaff magazine.
