Wine Xanadu Exmoor Chardonnay XA. Margaret River

An excellent Chardonnay from the Shire of Augusta Margaret River region in Australia. Matured for 9 months in oak barrels, which gives it a fuller body and maturity that exudes the wine's elegant style.

The bouquet of Xanadu is full of accents of melon, pear and grapefruit, with subtle flashes of nectarine and straw. The whole is complemented by a creamy texture with a long, ripe finish, influenced by barrel aging and aging on the lees.

This is an ideal wine for appetizers, white meats in sauces, as well as dishes based on fatty fish.
