Wine Zamosc Winery Seyval Blanc

Dry white wine made in the Polish Zamojska Vineyard from the Seyval Blanc grape, which is a cross between two hybrids of the seibel family. It is one of the most widely used hybrid varieties due to its unique character and excellent wine quality.

The refreshing character of Seyval Blanc is above all aromas of lemons with touches of melon and green apple. On the palate, a delicate yet clear structure hides crisp acidity and a fruity profile. The joyful and expressive finish perfectly sums up the light character of the wine.

This wine will go exceptionally well with fish, white meats, as well as salads and delicate cheeses.
