Polish Riesling from the Stara Winna Góra vineyard, owned by the Krojcig family. The winery is located near Zielona Gora, in a region where Polish wines have been produced for several centuries. This dry white wine is light straw in color and has a pleasant, delicately mineral nose with fruity and floral notes. The wine is juicy and crisp with a good balance between acidity and residual sugar, and will pair perfectly with light fish dishes.
