Wine Qvevris Saperavi Red Dry

A dry red wine from Georgia made from the endemic Saperavi grape. Georgian wines are unique - long-lived traditions are preserved in the way they are produced. This was also the case with this wine - it was stored in large clay amphorae buried in the ground. The entire method of production has become a symbol of the return to natural ways of making wine. Qvevris Saperavi is characterized by intense aromas of honey, coffee, leather and tobacco. On the palate, plenty of fruity accents with noticeable black currant, cherry and dark fruits. The wine is extremely extractive and intense on the palate, a completely different style of dryness. It will go great with cured meats or grilled vegetables.
