Description Prunotto Costamiole Barbera d'Asti D.O.C.

Costamiole Barbera d'Asti comes from a single Costamiole vineyard, in Agliano, Piedmont. It is made from the barbera variety, aged for 12 months in small "barriques" (225 liters), and for the following year in bottles. The wine is characterized by a deep color and aromas of plums, cherries, cocoa and leather. On the palate it is full and rich with pronounced but soft tannins.
