Wine De Morgenzon Chenin Blanc

De Morgenzon Chenin Blanc is a dry white wine from southern Africa. It is this Chenin Blanc strain that occupies the first place of cultivation in South African vineyards. The main region where the Chenin Blanc varietal is grown is Stellenbosch - the largest representation of top-class South African wines.

The color of the wine is light golden. In the nose the wine is fruity, with lots of tropical aromas. Notes of green apple, peach, honey and white flowers can be felt here. Freshness is lent by citrus fruits and a touch of bell pepper. The finish is pleasant, with a hint of sweetness. The wine is crisp, fresh, full of life and warmth. The location of the vineyard under the influence of the sea breeze results in excellent freshness and good acidity harmoniously integrated into the natural fruitiness of the wine.

Chenin blanc is very versatile regarding pairing with food. The best and natural pairing is seafood - grilled crustaceans, sushi, white fish even smoked ones, honey-roasted chicken and green vegetables such as broccoli, avocado or peas.
