This approach results in an alcohol-free wine with a natural bouquet and an essential flavor.

The bouquet of aromas is dominated by ripe forest fruits with hints of cherries. In the mouth, harmonious freshness mingles with subtle tannins and balanced acidity. The pleasant finish conceals notes of cocoa.
