Subjected to natural fermentation at low temperatures, it is then aged for 6 months to accentuate its qualities. What's more, the cider made from antonovka is not filtered, so it retains an unforgettable taste and aroma.

Both the fruit and the entire production process originate from the Lublin region. It is a region known and respected for its scenic and cultural richness. What's more, it can also boast long orchard traditions, being Poland's second largest apple basin.
