Wine A Growers Touch Durif

A Growers Touch created from the Durif varietal. Durif is a fairly uncommon varietal from the Rhone Valley of France, otherwise known as Petite Syrah, which is a cross between Syrah and Petit Verdot. For the producer, the collaborators who grow the grapes are one of the most important elements when making wine. The A Growers Touch series is dedicated to these growers, highlighting the influence of local fruit on the taste of the wine. It's also a wine focused on sustainability, created in accordance with an ecological basis full of respect for the ecosystem.

The color of this wine corresponds to a light crimson red with violet highlights. In the aroma, dark fruits such as cherry, blackberry and even black mulberry. The palate is complex and the taste of mulberry comes out first, which is complemented by coconut, vanilla and the tannins are smooth.

Locally, the wine is served with lamb and grilled beef.

A wine with the potential to age for up to 7 years in the right conditions, although opened now it will give back the full pleasure of tasting.
