Wine Zamosc Winery Regent Barrel

Polish dry wine produced at the Zamojska Vineyard from the Regent grape. It was matured for 18 months in French oak barrels, to which it owes its extraordinary maturity of character and the aromas thus developed.

The beautiful aromatic bouquet of this wine greets you in the glass with notes of blackberries, sloes and forest fruits. The influence of time and barrel also reveal ripe accents of tobacco and leather with a touch of spice. In the mouth, full of harmony, it combines subtle tannin and crisp acidity, and the whole experience is closed by a pleasant and balanced finish.

Regent Barrel will go wonderfully with dishes based on red meat, heavy sauces and with a board of mature cheeses.
