A few words about Silesian Winery

Silesian Vineyard is a Polish family winery established in April 2016 in the heart of Lower Silesia. The winery's name comes from the Silesian breed horses, which can be seen on the label of the winery's wines. The labels are highly personalized. On all the bottles, we can see incredibly interesting photos, depicting the family members of the founders of Silesian Vineyard.

Aromas and flavors encapsulated in a bottle of Silesian Riesling

The wine is made entirely from the Riesling variety. The parcel from which this grape variety comes consists of 100% granite slate, which is reflected in the bottle, through the minerality of the wine. As befits a riesling, we can expect higher acidity, but also freshness in the wine. The wine is very aromatic with notes of lime, peach, apricot, quince and also lime blossom. In the mouth it is juicy with refreshing acidity, intense fruit and a mineral finish.

Silesian Riesling to pair with dishes

Silesian Riesling wine will go well with expressive dishes. We can serve it accompanied by bigos with mushrooms, pork knuckle and smoked meats and cold cuts.
