Wine Nos Racines

These wine tradition-referencing bottles are made by Zimmermann producer Graeff & Müller, which has been making great French wines since 1886. It is a family business, which is now run by the fifth generation! In our offer it is possible to find two Nos Racines wines - Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot.

Famous varietals in Nos Racines wines

Languedoc, like the Loire Valley is famous for its tropical Sauvignon Blanc. A bottle of Nos Racines wine will dazzle us with fresh aromas of tropical fruits, peaches, citrus, gooseberries or the characteristic Sauvignon Blanc notes of cut grass. The nose of Racines from the Sauvignon Blanc variety is characterized by crisp acidity, which will perfectly refresh us on warmer days.

This wine is best paired with vegetarian dishes, or seafood, which perfectly match the crisp acidity of Sauvignon Blanc. Nos Racines wine will go well with salads, going particularly well with peppers, asparagus or grilled zucchini. It can also be served as an aperitif.

The other popular varietal that the Nos Racines red bottle is based on is Merlot. This typically southern wine will surprise us with its fresh but nuanced aroma. Nose of Racines Merlot is a dry and mild wine with intense aromas of plum, black currant and vanilla. The Racines nose of Merlot will pair well with meat dishes, both roasted and grilled. A good Merlot also goes well with duck! It can also be paired with a variety of meat-based sauces and cheeses.
