Wine UBY 0 Zero Alcohol Rose

An astonishing non-alcoholic rosé wine, captivating in its expressive character, which is due in part to its maturation on yeast. It is made from Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah varietals. Brief contact with the skins provides a delicate and attractive pink color that invites further tasting.

Aromas are dominated by sweet raspberry and refreshing currant. On the palate, it's surprisingly full-bodied, balancing crisp acidity with a ripe, fruit-filled finish that leaves a red fruit flavor bomb on the tongue.

An ideal choice as an aperitif, with grilled meats, and with salads in which red fruits appear.
