Wine Santa Cristina Bianco IGT Umbria

A white offering from the famous Santa Cristina producer. After harvesting, the grapes are subjected to gentle pressing and then the must is stored at a specially selected temperature of 10 degrees Celsius to promote natural decanting of the wine. The must then undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a slightly higher temperature, after which the wine is again stored at 10 degrees. This entire process preserves the wine's consistent freshness and remarkable aroma.

And the aroma is delightful with notes of apricots, ripe apples and peaches, as well as candied fruits and white flowers. On the palate, elegant and round, the flavor profile matches the aroma, the wine is very fruity and refreshing.
