Wine Salto de Bierge Crianza DO Somontano

A dry red wine produced in Aragon, a wine region located in Spain. It is created in the Somontano appellation as a result of a blending of three varietals - Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah. Crianza is aged for 9 months in oak barrels, where it develops its unique character.

An intense ruby red greets us in the glass. The bouquet of aromas is above all a beautiful mosaic of red and dark forest fruits, additionally emanating reflections of spices, which is a direct result of the maturation time in oak barrel. On the palate, the juicy structure is perfectly balanced with fine subtle tannins and harmonious acidity. The long and full finish leaves a satisfying experience on the tongue.

This wine will delectably enhance meals based on red meats, but will also make an excellent companion to pastas or pizzas.
