Wine Rinazzo Syrah Terre Siciliane

Rinazzo Syrah is a Sicilian dry red wine made from 100% Syrah varietal, grown in the Marsala area - the westernmost estates. This is a sandy territory, almost desert, where there is semi-arid soil resting on a clay subsoil. It is in these extreme conditions that Syrah grapes yield a structured, soft and spicy red.

In the glass one finds a beautiful ruby color. In the nose, a floral note of rose is noticeable, which is immediately replaced by red fruits and notes of pomegranate. Aromas also include spices, oak, berry and cherry scents. On the palate, medium tannins and acidity are perceptible, as well as a spicy note of cloves, apricots, cherries and plum. This is a complex and noble wine, with great pleasure and excellent structure. It was aged for at least 24 months in steel tanks and barrels.

We recommend serving with pork, lamb and pasta dishes. It is also worth pairing with grilled red meat and stews. It should appeal to all supporters of the Syrah varietal.
