Wine Quinta DO Perdigao Encruzado DOC Dao

A dry white wine from the Dao region of Portugal. Produced from a strain of a distinctive local varietal - Encruzado. 25% of the wine is aged for one month in barrels made of French oak.

The unusual character of this wine hides aromas of elderflowers and chamomile with accents of peach, pear, almond, passion fruit and lime. On the palate, it is extremely fresh and complex, with a full-bodied structure finishing with a mineral finish. Full-bodied and refreshing at the same time.

This is a wine that will be perfect both as an aperitif and with a meal. From seafood and sushi, to salads, risottos, fish and cheese boards - to fruity pastries, everywhere a glass of this wine from Dao will be an excellent choice.
