Wine Michel Angelo Sangiovese

A red semi-dry wine made from the Sangiovese strain grown in Italy. The name of the grape is derived from the Latin sanguis Jovis, meaning exactly the blood of Jupiter.

The aromas are extremely intense full of ripe cherries with a hint of sweet spices. On the palate, harmonious acidity and a hint of sweetness perfectly emphasize the fruitiness of the wine, with cherries dominating the foreground.

It goes perfectly with pizzas and pastas with meat sauces, but also with a charcuterie and cheese board.
