Wine Marlborough Sun Sauvignon Rose Marlborough

A New Zealand dry rosé wine from producer Saint Clair. The wine consists of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Malbec varietal. To preserve freshness and flavor, the fruit is harvested on cool nights. The grapes also spent several hours on the skins to bring out the pink color and then pressed. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats at a cool temperature and then filtered and prepared for bottling.

In the bottle we can observe pink wine with coral highlights. Clear aromas of red currant, passion fruit or pink grapefruit rise from the glass. Once the wine is aerated, floral and spice notes will also emerge. On the palate, the wine is juicy and refreshing with nuances of raspberries, cherries and strawberries. The finish remains long and, as befits Sauvignon Blanc, green.

Marlborough Sun Sauvingon Rose will be perfect as a companion to light salads, vegetables, fruits or desserts. Served solo, it will also please the palate.
