Wine Marlborough Sun Riesling Marlborough

A New Zealand semi-dry riesling from the Marlborough region with an original label resembling a newspaper clipping. Interestingly, the entire "Marlborough Sun" line features labels in such an original style, and this was recognized at the Design Competition in Australia, where the winery won the top prize for most creative label in 2009.

The grapes for the production of this wine, are harvested at night, after reaching the optimum level of ripeness. The wine is fermented with yeast at a low temperature, then rigorously assessed for quality and bottled.

Marlbourough Sun Riesling is a mineral wine with a straw color and pleasant, juicy flavors of lime, tangerine or grapefruit with perfectly balanced acidity and a long, refreshing, floral finish.

The wine will be perfect as an aperitif or paired with pork, Asian cuisine, fish and seafood.
