Wine Loggia dei Sani Oro dei Sani Chianti Riserva DOCG

Oro dei Sani Chianti Riserva wine was created using the Governo technique. This method involves adding a certain amount of must from dehydrated, carefully selected grapes to the previously obtained wine. This gives the wine a special structure and refinement. The second fermentation is carried out at a controlled temeperature to achieve long-lasting flavor characteristics. In the nose and on the palate one finds a bouquet of red fruits and floral notes. The body is well structured, the color is deep and the tannins are light and pleasant. Chianti will work well as an accompaniment to soups, white meat and cheeses.
