Description La Farra Prosecco Brut DOC Treviso Millesimato

A dry sparkling wine from Veneto, the realm of Prosecco. The grapes come exactly from the vineyards located in the plain at the foot of the Farra di Soligo hills. The fruit of the Glera grape is harvested by hand in the last days of September. Fermentation of the wine takes about 15 days, then the wine is bottled and then aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks for about 3 months.

The wine has a straw color with very fine bubbles. The taste is very fruity, fresh and elegant with prominent green apple, floral notes and attractive acidity. On the finish you can feel, the dryness of the wine.

La Farra Prosecco Brut will be perfect as an aperitif. It pairs well with soft cheeses and in the company of fish.
