Wine Kendermanns Sparkling Alcohol Free

A sparkling non-alcoholic wine prepared by one of the top producers of German winemaking - Kendermanns. To remove the alcohol, methods are used to keep the flavor character as close as possible to that of the wine before the process, so that the quality and structure are intact. Grapes are harvested before sugar levels reach very high levels, so that the original wine has a low alcohol content for removal.

A few days of fermentation at 30 degrees first allows the wine to achieve a beautiful color and aromas - including the power of citrus and orchard fruits, and bring out the right structure, with appropriately harmonious fruit sweetness and refreshing acidity. This is followed by vacuum distillation, which is distillation at lower pressure to gently remove the alcohol and give the glasses the essence of the wine's character.

The sparkling Kendermanns in its non-alcoholic version will be perfect when meeting friends or as an aperitif at a party, but will also wonderfully enrich the taste of appetizers or fish-based dishes.
