Wine Finca Bacara Rose DOP Jumilla

An exceptional rosé wine from the DOP Jumilla appellation located in the Murcia region. It is made from the Garnacha Tinta varietal by removing the dark grape skins from the juice after a very short maceration. The wine's label was created as a tribute to the endangered sea turtles that travel along the coral reefs.

With its elegant shade of pink, Finca Bacara encourages and invites you to taste an extremely aromatic wine. In the bouquet we find wild berries, red currant, raspberries and blackberries. The subtle and pleasant taste full of balanced acidity and accents of sweet fruits refreshes and provides a juicy pleasant moment. The finish is long yet delicate.

This is an ideal wine for appetizers, cheese board, cured meats, but also seafood, fish-based dishes, and Asian cuisine.
