Wine Ferrari Rose DOC Trento

An exceptional sparkling wine from the Trento DOC appellation, made in northern Italy from two varietals - Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%), whose fruit is harvested in August and September. In the maturation process, the wine spends 20 months on local yeast, developing its structure and aromas.

Ferrari Rose captivates with a bouquet full of accents of currants, strawberries and hawthorn. On the palate, it's a wine with elegant and slender character, balanced acidity and a dry finish with a sweet touch along the way. Perceptible aromas on the tongue include almond and musk.

This exquisite wine will be perfect as an aperitif at special toasts, but also with dishes based on fish and seafood. The mature and unusual character of the wine, together with its exceptional quality, make it an ideal choice for celebrating special occasions as an alternative to classic champagne.
