Wine Drouhin Rully A.O.C..

Rully is a small village and appellation in Burgundy, where the wines produced are always made from the Pinot Noir varietal. A typical light French wine hiding a light tannic structure, quite extractive, making the nose and mouth filled with raspberry fruitiness and subtle niUans of cherry jam and minerality. A solid backbone supports the whole structure well, the acidity effectively refreshing. It will work well as a companion to light meat dishes, cold cuts and pates.
