Wine Domaine de Cassagnau Pinot Noir Pays d'Oc

French dry red wine from the producer Domaine Cassagnau. Produced in the southern part of the country, on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea and the border with Spain in the Languedoc region. A light wine made entirely from the Pinot Noir grape, with an alcohol content of 12.5%.

The wine has a ripe cherry color. In the nose we can sense a whole bouquet of red fruits. First of all, aromas of red currant, cherries, raspberries or strawberries. In the mouth, it is fresh, light and pleasant to drink, with a delicate aftertaste of spices. The tannins are not oppressive, and the acidity is very well balanced.

Domaine de Cassagnau Pinot Noir wine will pair very well with cold meats or pâtés. It will also be a good pairing with fish and cheeses, but will also work well as an aperitif.
