Cupage from the south of Europe provides an extremely enjoyable experience, an excellent alternative to traditional wine. This is all thanks to vacuum distillation - a special method of removing alcohol from the base product. Under reduced pressure, the wine reaches a temperature of 35 degrees C, where only the alcohol is evaporated. As a result, the wine retains its core, and the aromatic compounds and flavor notes remain intact.
