Wine Chateau La Croix Mazeran Saint-Emilion Grand Cru AOS

Chateau La Croix Mazeran is a powerful but still young wine with aging potential. The color is a stunning dark red, and in the nose the wine captivates with scents of licorice, oak and red fruits such as blackberry, currant and cherry. In the mouth, one finds rich flavors of mocha, vanilla, cocoa and smoky notes and earthy accents. The wine is powerful, complex, velvety, with a long finish. We recommend serving with roast duck, lamb and beef. It will also work well with mushroom risotto. Aged in oak barrel for 12 months.
