Wine Castellani Burchino Chianti Superiore D.O.C.G.

Chianti Superiore DOCG Bruchino is another representative of the Italian Tuscan appellation. The wine was created from varietals 90% is Sangiovese, 5% Ciliegiolo and 5% Canailolo. The Castellani producer catches the eye from the very beginning of production, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected, then immediately fermented in Bruchino's modern cellars. Maceration, which lasts quite a long time, gives the wine an intense color and a complex aroma and fruity fragrance. The wine is aged for over a year in Slavonian oak barrels.

In the glass a beautiful ruby red color. Intense aroma of red fruits such as cherries, delicate aromas of leather and tobacco. The wine has round tannins and well-balanced acidity.

Castellani Bruchino Chianti Superiore is best served with beef steaks, grilled meats and with a board of aged cheeses.
