Wine Casa Giona Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC

A dry red wine from northern Italy, from the Valpolicella area in the Veneto region. The bottle encapsulates a coupage of local varietals, Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone, characteristic of wines from this appellation. Valpolicella Ripasso is made by using must from the legendary Amarone during the production of the base wine. As a result, the wine acquires additional extractivity and richness of flavor.

Among the aromas we find ripe cherries, berries, plums, raisins and jammy notes. On the palate, a remarkable harmony between acidity and mild tannins and an extractive, juicy structure full of flavors of dried fruits, plums and cherries. A long and pleasant finish closes the whole experience together and does not let you forget about it quickly.
